POLICY WAS LAST UPDATED ON JUNE 1, 2023
Asym 500 LLC (“Asym
500”, “we” or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting your
privacy. Asym
500 has policies in place to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal
information. This privacy policy (this “Privacy
Policy”) is designed to help you understand what information we may collect
from you or that you may provide when you visit the website www.asym500.com
(our “Site”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining,
protecting, and disclosing that information. This Privacy Policy is subject to,
and made a part of, the Terms of Use available at www.asym500.com/terms-conditions (“Terms of Use”).
This Privacy Policy
applies to information we collect on this Site and in e-mail, text, and other
electronic messages between you and Asym 500. This
Privacy Policy does not, however, apply to information collected by any third
party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any
application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be
accessible from or through the Site. These third parties may have their own
privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information
to or through them.
Please read this Privacy
Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your
information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and
practices, your choice is not to use our Site. By accessing or using this Site,
you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to
time (see “Changes to this Privacy Policy” below). Your continued use of this Site
after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please
check the Privacy Policy periodically for updates.

You Provide Us Voluntarily. In the normal
course of business, we may collect the following types of information from and
about our users:
(a)

a subscription agreement with us. This information may include your name, postal
address, e-mail address, credit card number, billing information, and other
financial-related information.
It
may be possible to personally identify you from any or all of such information
(“personal information”);
(b)

2.
Information
We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies.
(a)
We may collect information
about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Site, reports
provided on the Site or other correspondence, including the hardware model,
your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the type of browser and operating system
used, the date and time you visited the Site, the Internet address of the site
from which you linked to the Site, and which pages you viewed on the Site.
(b)
We
may use technologies, such as third-party cookies, to collect information about
your use of our Site. A “cookie” is a text file that gets stored in your
computer so that the Site can recognize you and keep track of your preferences.
Use of cookies helps measure aggregate web statistics, such as collecting the
number of users to the Site, the number of repeat users and the most popular
webpages. You can choose to set your web browser to refuse cookies.
(c)
Pages of our Site and our e-mails may
also contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as
clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Asym
500, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an
e-mail and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the
popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server
integrity). Web beacons can be used with or without cookies. Blocking cookies
will not stop your IP address from being shared through the
use of beacons.
(d)
The information we
collect automatically is only statistical and does not include personal
information.
3.

collection technologies to collect information about you or the device you use
to access our Site. These third parties may include: advertisers, ad networks,

provider; or your mobile device manufacturer or provider. These third parties
may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Site.
The information they collect may be associated with your personal information
or they may collect information, including personal information, about your
online activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other
online services. They may use this information to provide you with
interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not
control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If
you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you
should contact the responsible provider directly.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to
certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password
confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
7.
